At one time , we use to have a Farmall "H" and a Massey Harris that did the same thing. We had to line up the nuturals also. The problem was that the knob at the end of the shifting lever was wore. This knob needs to be built back up to fit the track it travels through when shifting gears. It's probably wore kind of round , which causes it to slide inbetween the different chanels , instead of through them. The knob should look kind of square / rectangle , with the sharpness taken off the corners.
