Check the strainer in the lift pump. If clogged from trash in the tank, it will stop them. If alot of trash is there, change the fuel filters and bleed air. Loosen the line at the lower fuel filter housing from the lift pump and manually pump the lift pump to make sure it is working. You will see fuel squirting out. Also, check to make sure the "pull to stop" control is pushed all the way forward. I had one once to not want to go all the way forward. A stick from bushhogging had gotten up in there and was blocking it. Good luck with it.
