1) While the forum seems public, it's really is private. We (the posters) don't own it, we also don't pay for it (subscription or what have you). If the powers that be want to delete something then that's fine, we really have no "rights" here.
2) All that being said MN Joe is walking a very fine line on what could be called harassment. The sad part about this is if he does goes to far, then we all might pay. If I ran this site and some sort of court case ever came up based on what was said here I would probably pull the plug or at least tighten the leash around here considerably.
3) What to do about MN Joe? Well there's no sense talking to the guy. In his mind he's right, he simply can't not see things from someone elses perspective. I suggest ignoring him, I suspect he enjoys the sparing, no sense in helping him out.
This tread will probably be deleted too, but as it doesn't pertain to tractors...that only seems fair. That is after all why we really come here isn't it?
