That report doesn't tell how they added ground wires which were not part of his machine and the excess power was grounded out and not measured. Also why did they confiscate his machine before testing? Also they refused to test in the 30 day period the court ordered. Their test was so rigged it isn't funny. How is it that all those other 30 to 40 important people have signed papers of their own free will stating it does what he says it does? that is the energy out exceeds the energy imput.
