Ahh...., well those CMU's (block) probably are not the most desirable cribbing, blocking, falsework kind of materials to use, won't get into that, probably not enough weight to make them fail in compression, but I would strongly suggest an alternate material or device, hard wood timber blocks, jack stands or similar, you know us safety etiquette freaks on YT cringe at the use of concrete masonry units for this kind of work, LOL.... well ya'all have heard me rant about these enough, but be safe regardless, don't trust those for too much, they do crumble at times.
