It may not be the loader that is causing the heat. But maybe you are pushing it too hard into the load and trying to get as much load as you can. The Kubota is not a heavy duty tractor like the US made tractors are. If you ever have to tear into a Kubota transmission you will see they are not much more than a riding mower! I've seen people push loader tractors just because they don't know any different. These machines do have their limits.
If you have melt the filler plug you better change the hydraulic oil and filter because I would surely think the oil is burnt and lost it's lubricity.
