Hello Frank, I would pull the oil pan and look to see where the water is comming from. I know I have had trouble with borring those engines and hitting sand holes in the block casting. then you have to put in a sleeve. I can't think of any thing in the front cover or water pump that would get water in the oil. If it is a pin hole in the block you will see it when you pull the oil pan. Good Luck Ed
