That 300 will be an excellent loader tractor. These tractors are not unstable with a loader UNLESS 1) the ground is uneven, 2) the loader is very high, 3)the load is to one side of the loader, 4) you're turning sharply, or 5) you're moving too fast. Put any two of those together, and you've got an increased chance of a tipover.

We've used a loader on a narrow-front Farmall H, M, or SM since the mid '40s, and never had a problem. But... out ground is pretty flat, we try to never turn with a load unless it's low, and when loading the scoop or moving to unload, we use only 1st and reverse gears.
