Legalized and tax? It already is- If you pay the tax and get federal tax stamp you can have it- last quote on tax was something like $200.00 an ounce- same tax as on automatic class 3 weapons. Problem then is state law- but a few states have the medical exemption already. MJ was made government control problem in 1930s when the revenuers were facing job terminations after prohibition ended. Another factor was the main users were Mexicans, Blacks and women- was a good thing to control them. Prior to that the plant was considered a useful fiber with some medicinal use- asthma and menstrual cramp main use. Stomach upsets another. Danger from usage? driving can be a problem. RN
