that kind of info, we needed to know when you asked the question.
however i agree with some of the others.. there is a leak in the circuit, and the lift is dropping.. when it drops enough that the internal linkage 'senses' the drop, then it regenerates the circuit and the lif comes back up.
prime places to look are at the lift cyl itself and any valving or lines / gasket / oring connections between those parts.
