Hello, was investigating my vacuum lines and discovered a line that is disconnected. My transfer case is the NP 231-D and on the top is 4 vacuum lines: 2 to the vacuum actuator, 1 from the engine vacuum, and a fourth line that is hard plastic that is in the vacuum harness but not connected to anything. The other end is connected to the top of the transfer case. My question is, where does this fouth line connect to. The end appears burned off possibly from exhaust manifold but its just hanging loose. The 4-wheel drive seems to work but I would like to know where this line is supposed to plug into on the firewall side. I cant find any ports that is not used on the motor side and the motor runs excellent.
Any help anybody can give me, I would sure appreciate it.
