It does make you feel good in this day and time with the economy like it is! We just an employee to retire after 53 years with the company ( he started at 19-20 years of age)! It was the Friday before Memorial Day and the guys at the body shop cooked up some Boston Butts! Some of the ladies did "tater salad,beans, slaw etc and it was some kinda good! It made me lazy about going back to work after eating all that good food. The best thing your Boss can do is to show a little appreciation on occassion and it goes a long ways.
