Brother in law died 17 months ago. Left 1978 Ford 3000 diesel tractor and 16 foot dual axle trailer to son in law. Son in law is city boy. I bought the tractor and the trailer for $3400. Came with new 5 foot king kutter rotary cutter and good sized disc. Also finishing mower. Mower had broken belt and brother in law took top cover off to fix. Had touch of forgetfullness and never fixed the mower. Son in law could not figure out how 3 point hitch worked so only had the bush hog with the tractor. The tractor was purchased by my father in law new in 1978 with the disc and a turning plow. I already had the turning plow, bil, gave me 4 years ago. No idea horse power of the tractor. Grill has been missing for many years. Think the son in law, nephew by marriage, is using me as place to get rid of things he doesn't know how to use. Last year I bought acre of land for $3,000 from him that had lot of hedge growing in it. Land here goes for about $12,000 acre but this had no access except through my place or his. Seems to be a goood deal for me.
