I'd guess that each tire would kill a 50$ bill for the foam but eah tire has to be knocked down and a new tube put in before they fill em adding another 30$ to the cost. I'll be talking to them later this am and check on my cost. Don't 400 rims clamp on like the old M's and H's? If that is the case then just get yourself some of those "dummy" 16" spare tires that come w/ cars these days. Take a grinder and knock the center out and you have a rim that should bolt right on. Paint em silver and most people be hard pressed to tell em from original. You can buy em at garage sales for a buck or go to a junker and pay 2-3$ for em. I'll post back on the foam later, Mike
