Mowed yard last night and probably should rake and bale it!:^) Cousin called and said no need to come to farm today, another 1.5" of rain and too wet to side dress corn. Watching weather report in Indiana right now (Sat 7:10 AM) and calling for more scattered showers here tonight, but long-term forecast has heat (89 degrees) by Thur. Farmers are like the mailman - rain, snow, flood, mud, hell or high water gotta get through somehow. We don't get as many blizzards as you do - that western dry farming you guys do out there looks a lot more difficult than the corn and soybeans we grow here. Best of luck!

Today's Featured Article - Restoration Story: Fordson Major - by Anthony West. George bought his Fordson Major from a an implement sale about 18 years ago for £200.00 (UK). There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
