Lee, I have a '64 4000 (same as 800/801 series, but with same size tires as yours) and I put 2 gal of anti-freeze in each tire and finished filling with water. Others on this board recommend Calcium Chloride for more weight, but this is enough traction for anything I do. (plowing, bush-hogging, etc). I too live in Very North Ga.(Dalton), and this has gotten me through the last 3 winters fine. Tractor Supply in Cleveland Tenn., has a device for your water hose to fill tractor tires too. Good Luck!
