I wouldn't worry too much about the wheels moving if you have a winch. You can drag it onto the trailer by brute force and free the wheels up later. Of course, it would be better if they moved. As far as attachments for a 'tater farmer, I'd look around for a cultivator, a bedder (throws dirt up around the 'tater plants), disk harrow, tater digger, maybe a plow. Looking forward to pictures.
