Hi Nancy After setting your TV to channel 3 or 4 and turning on the converter box did you hit the setup botton on the control box remote and do an auto scan? No channels will work until that is done. You'll have to do that every day now for a while to make sure you are picking up all the channels because some of the stations are still monkeying around with there equipment.
