I personally cannot believe this company.It is no wonder america is in the shape it is with this kind of customer service.How do we boycott peggy sue deere????? that was the name the customer rep gave me when I called there 1-800 no serve number.We have replaced the relay,cleaned all the contacts was in a local shop that thank go was not a authorized dealer as they said were scatching our heads and cannot figure out what is going on with it so we will not charge you ..that was sierra tractor in shingle springs california by the way.Of course I had to pay them for there time..Frustrating.I am sorry but not surprised by the other stories of these tractors made by this company.I hate to but guess my only recourse now is to take it to a dealer to see what they come up with besides and expensive bill
