Advice? A good set of IH manuals. I'm not up on IH's but I'm sure there is a pressure test for the clutch, and a spec that must be met. Does the T/A work? It could be something as simple as a control valve problem or as bad as a clutch pack or pump... or a line leaking somewhere in some obscene place that you can't see. Best to get the books and study the system theory so you understand where to look...
