Wife was a waitress for years. Very respectable one at a very respectable local place. She needed to ask at least once if the custumers were happy with the food."How's everything tasting?" If some one "looked" like they were dissatisfied with the food, she would ask if everything was OK so she could make it right, but we all know some people have a PO'd look on their face all the time so that leads to excess asking if everythings OK. I have 3 friends that cook and never ever would they do anything to the food, even after a complaint. Now BK, McDonalds, and the like, who wontpay for good help, well, take it for whats you pay for it. I've found everything from hair to plactic in my burger, to wilted lettuce. Too bad it's so convenient when your starving. At least it gives you a decent colon cleanse in the next few hours!!
