once something happens like that , JUST AS WELL SCRAP IT ,, 1975 , had some kids robbing lumber to build a tree house,,and generally turnin the house we had under construction into a flop house at nite ...The general contractor I was workin for raised a fuss with the parents ,,Things ONLY GOT WORSE ,,Mean little sun /-iches. Parents were no better . Cops were useless , Even Though property was Posted No TRESPASSING ,Cops claimed they had to catch them physically on the property , The treehouse lumber could be viewed as conjecture ,And Besides all they Could charge them with was a misdemeanor.. SAID > a Month went by ,We warned the poor septic guy who left his Nice CASE backhoe there overnite.. 2nd day the hydraulics went ,,, full of DIRT SAND nails ,,..He Made repairs fixed it for a year . Run a week ,then Something else wrong , And So On ,,Finally traded it .. realized early on ,Dad was right about some of the cops out there.....And Some folks Just are no dam good....
