Was setting here reading about the questions about propane tractors, whitch brought back memories about a ford 850 with after market propane tank mounted out front of radiator.A thunder storm came up with lots of lightning.I was trying to get dried off when I saw a fire at the front of the ford.I quickly ran out in spite of my wife telling me not to go.I found that the lightning had burned a hole in propane line and was shooting a flame about five feet.I carefully reached arond the tank and turned off the propane.Fire went out.No damage to tractor, only damage to supply line.Anybody have some odd happenings like that, lets hear your stories
