If the 1710 has a duel clutch "$450" it probly is just for the drive. most of them didn't have live power. even my 1715 that the book says has live power doesn't have it, But they have a built in overide clutch that sometimes gives you trouble to the tune of $200 plus 10 hours labor to replace it.
