I finally finished raking the last of my first cutting of grass hay today. Second cut alfalfa is half done, a month late. Been just the opposite here. Couldnt get 3 days without rain the whole month of June. 7 inches of rain total in June alone. July so far has been dry, and could use a shower. Right now I'm at 965 round bales, tomorrows run should make at least 80. Squares Im at 800 off 7 acres alfalfa and timothy.
Soon as this is finished Im taking 2 days off. Then try to finish up second cut alfalfa.
