many years ago, i grew yellow and orange meat watermelons. not really much of a market for them. kinda oddity, although they are very sweet, but generally meally and have hollow heart like big black diamonds. sugar baby and charleston greys and big jubilee stripes are very popular. i absolutely detest seedless watermelons. they have no flavor compared to seeded melons.
