I disagree with Tom. His "rebuild" though is a misnomer. Rebuild starts with complete disassembly, and a soak in carb cleaning pot. Then blown clean with acetone. Reassembled using new idle needle, new load needle, new packing, new butterflys, new discharge needle if old one has been boogered, upper lower halve decked and trued, needle and seat, float adjustment both up and down, new brass strainer, new brall drain plug,and last, install on a tractor and test. The correct complete kit for this plus other parts will run 70 dollars or so, 95 if you need a float.
