I KNOW WHAT YOU MEAN. SAME GOES FOR OTHER THINGS TOO, I NEEDED A NEW LIGHT SWITCH ON THE DOOR OF MY FRIDGE LAST WEEK, WAS 55.00 AND WOULD HAVE HAD TO PAY AND THEN WAIT 3 WEEKS TO GET IT,SO I TOOK THE OLD SWITCH OUT,CLEANED THE CONTACTS AND PUT IT BACK IN,WORKS GOOD. ON SOME HOUSES IVE RENTED FOR THE PAST 25 YEARS, I USED TO GET PLUMBING AND AC REPAIRS DONE, NOW ,IT WOULDNT BE WORTH IT TO RENT IF I DONT DO THE REPAIRS MYSELF. JUST PUT A NEW ROOF ON ONE OF THEM MYSELF.SOMETHING I WOULD HAVE NEVER DONE UNTILL ROOFING JOBS MORE THAN TRIPLED OVER THE LAST FEW YEARS.I KEEP VEHICLES THAT I CAN FIX, SEE PEOPLE GETTING NOT TO SERIOUS WORK DONE AND PAY BIG BILLS FOR IT.TRUE IVE HAD TO GET A 500.00 SCANNER FOR THEM ,BUT HAVE SAVED 10 TIMES THAT USEING IT.IM NOT PUTTING DOWN TRADESMEN ,I KNOW HOW OVERHEAD CAN BLEED A BUISINESS. I HATE TO SAY IT,BUT THINK THINGS ARE GOING TO GET WORSE ,I USED TO BE PRETTY OPTOMISTIC ABOUT SUCH THINGS. LUCAS
