If you were a parts mgr-service mgr or what ever, I am sure that the dealership would be in great peril. I know parts changers and so called technicians who couldnt figure up from down.Sounds like to me you fit in that catagory of let the customer beware.The days of a TRUE MECHANIC has all but faded into oblivion and those left to fill the bill are nothing but Parts changers at best.
