Cowboy, that truck looks an awfull lot like a 1950 F-4 from which I have some pieces still laying around. That truck should have the flathead 6 cylinder or a flathead V-8. That cab and body, grill was used from 1948 through 1950 in US produced trucks. In 1951 the grill had three wide vertical bars. Neat truck, whatever you say it is.
