Depending on the area codes, if they are calling you from a land line it could be long distance call for them. I have family members with no cell phones that will call me on my cell and let it ring 2 or 3 times than hang up. Then I call them back to prevent a long distance call on their bill. They make few long distance calls so they have no plan and the phone company nails them for 25 cents a minute. There is no phone book for cell numbers.
