Our company has been using rotating layoffs for the last 18 months. I work three weeks and then I am off for the next week. I can not help my daughter with her college bills very much, but I make enough to get by. I actually look forward to the week off to get work done around the house. They fired 4 people and laid off 6 more for 90 days in addition to the rotating layoffs to get about a 35% work force reduction. Good Luck, and remember that your attitude is a valueable tool also. Today's Featured Article - Earthmaster Project Progress Just a little update on my Earthmaster......it's back from the dead! I pulled the head, and soaked the stuck valves with mystery oil overnight, re-installed the head, and bingo, the compression returned.
