Looking for opinions on value of a tractor as I want to be fair with a potential seller. Happened to run across an M Farmall that has been sitting in an unused three sided cattle shed for the past 15 years or so. Upon closer looking, it has an aftermarket wide front (Looks like it says Norden? on it), an aftermarket three point hitch that lifts with a single cylinder and is yellow in color, and an aftermarket seat of some kind that is square and has a cushion on it. The tires are %90 and holding air but I don't know how weather checked they may be on the bottom. The gas tank has about 3 inches of sludge in the bottom. Rear axle seals are leaking a fair amount of oil, paint is very poor, and the motor is stuck tight. Mother/son that own it are debating on selling it as is or paying someone to fix it up first and then sell it. Thinking I may throw out an offer if I can afford what it is actually worth. Again, just looking to be fair to both sides.
