i picked up a small grain grinder i believe that would have been powered by a small gas engine. i am trying to determine if i can mill flour with it or does it just roll grains.
it has no name tag on it, it is all red, with a bell stamped on the front with the number A60 on the side. it has a small hopper ontop that holds grain, there is s small door/gate that is used to control flow. the grain runs inside a burplate attatched to the shaft that rubs up against the bak wall. The flour? then falls out the bottom down a shoot. you can adjust the pressure on the bur plat with a knob on the outside that pushes a ball coated in grease against the bur plate.
will this unit mill grain into flour?
i want to find out before i go through the effort to clean up, build a sub frame and repower with electric motor.
