Well i got the pump going good. The oiler is all figured out. Seems the needle valve that lets the oil flow when the pump is turned on just isn't releasing. I took it out and it oiled perfectly. I think the spring might be a little weak. Anyways i have a friend that jockeys milking cows and he needs it once in a while when he doesn't have a calf to put on her.
I'm going to put a valve, ball type between the diaphram and the oil reservoir. Manually shut it off when not in use.
One other thing i noticed the motor just wasn't "Right" , a little hot , should have had alot more power. Well sure enough it was hooked up for 220 and i was running it on 110. LOL A short rewire job and boy does it sping now. Nice pump.
