Why down pressure ?? the weight of the tool moves the tool down. None of the (real) tractors built today, or for that matter any time in the recent past have had it. You can get power both directions with 2 way cyclinders, (remotes) but only power up on the 3 point.
Of the many tractors i've owned, and own, (11 today) i've never needed it.
