Close cousen, more like a brother, has been diagnosed with Pancreatic cancer. He's been feeling ill since september and they had been treating him for everthing from ulcers to acid reflex. One doctor finally said we need an ultrasound and they found 2 baseball size tumors, one on the pancreas and one on the liver. He doesnt drink, smoke, and pretty much lives on fish and venison, and has always lived a very active healthy lifestyle. Only 40 years old. He went to the Mayo Clinic on Monday and they said there is nothing they can do. He is going to Abbot this afternoon as they have a process they have been trying that may help, but no answer as of right now. It really sucks, he is his only brothers best friend, his dad died from prostate cancer 2 years ago, and he is like a brother to me and an uncle to my kids. I know it happens often to many, but it really hits you when it is some one so close, and the diagnosis comes so point blank, after all the misdiagnosing. They say it is one of the most aggressive cancers,,His name is John Jr. Thank You.
