Before spending money jack up each front wheel and disconect the drag link to them and try turning each wheel, if hard then spindal bearings need a good lubrication, if they turn easy enough set it back on ground and try moving each wheel, will be probably hard or impossible, jack up again want to remove wheel and drag link arm and see if spindal will drop down, if not easy then the spindal bushings are mad, but when you get it droped down check the thrust bearing on the bottom of the spindal that caries the weight of the tractor, unless they have recently been replaced you will find they have the balls-rollers wore flat and stuck instead of turning freely, same as no bearings. This is the same thing to do on any hard turning wide front tractor, on narrow front tractor you only have the one vertical shaft-spindal and one thrust bearing instead of 2 like on a wide front end. This is just like if the car or truck starts turning hard the ball joints are seized up.
