B steering wobble

I have a 1951 Model B that has some wobble to the tricycle front end when operating. I have removed the medallion and adjusted the steering bushing below the sector gear to take out some of the play. It is still noticeable though at transport speeds...

Could this be a worn sector gear or steering shaft worm drive? Has anyone experienced this problem....
