Don't know about kerosene, but I had a '79 Toyota Landcruiser (diesel) and winter diesel up here is different than summer diesel. Don't know what they do to it in the winter, but if I used summer diesel in real cold winter it worked, but not like the winter version. I imagine they add certain additives to it. Would be interesting to hear from some of the truckers in the audience.
