Last Dec my TV walked the plank so I looked around for a replacement. ended up at Sams and bought a Vizio because they told me that Vizio is the only brand they will take back if it fails within a year.LOL. Failed two weeks ago today and no returns allowed. Call this number, do the routine, wait need to talk to a real tech, did the routine and was told the set was no good(I already knew that). Two options, they send label, you ship your set, they check it out and if found faulty ship you another . Takes about a month. 2nd option, pay for a new set on the phone, they ship you a REBUILT set, you return your old set and if found faulty they refund the money. Takes 10 days. Me having not much patience opted for #2. Two w eeks gone by and now the REBUILT SET WONT ARRIVE TILL fRIDAY. What a scam. I lose TV, lose money because the charged my CC at the moment I gave it to them.ETC. Just gets me . Think of how much money they make on your money in the 3-4 weeks they have it time the number of bad sets. NO MORE VIZIO FOR ME. Henry
