Several years ago a guy brought some ground Ostrich into the firehouse for dinner. The cook was making burgers and the meat inside never got brown, it stayed red. They tasted okay, but everyone agreed they just didn't feel good after they ate it. No one was sick, just didn't feel right. No more for me, thanks!
