I have a B250 that I would say starts easily. It didn't when I bought it. It had sat in a shed for 8 years and would only start with ether. I believe the injectors were dirty and slobering fuel into the cylinder rather than spray misting it in. After using a fuel additive that cleaned injectors lubed the pump and removed moisture the tractor began to start more easily, the more fuel I put through the better it started. It appears the injectors were becoming cleaner with every tankful of doctored fuel. I use the glow plugs for a few seconds and it fires right up. Another consideration is the starter and electrics. If the starter is worn it may be drawing more power and not turning the engine over fast enough for an efficient start. The starter may just need new bushings and brushes.Try a fuel injector cleaner for diesels and see what results you get..then I'd check out the starter.I use my B250 a great deal, I rake hay, clean out the barn(loader mounted), use it on the bale elevator..just a very efficient tractor with low fuel consumption compared to my other tractors

I tried to use an easy out but it wasn't budging and I didn't want t
