Why not get some Tall Fescue from Oregon will grow almost anywhere with one small amount of Fertilizer in the spring and it will feet 5 to 6 ft. tall will yield up to 4 tons per acre. Plant it once and just watch it grow. Walt PS makes good Football fields also.
