My first priority would be the grade quality for the bolt. The vast majority of bolts and nuts come from Communist CHINA and are poor quality.
I would guess that a grade 8 Chinese bolt would be about as strong as a standard grade bolt Made in USA.
China doesn't pay much attention to our standards, and has the poorest grade steel in the world!
To further complicate the situation, Chinese threads are sloppy fit. With an American bolt and nut, when overtightened the bolt will break. Chinese threads will strip!
I would much rather find a used bolt rather then a new Chinese bolt.
