Apparently Massey Ferguson and Oliver had some kind of agreement at one time for one of them (I think it was Oliver) to make a certain tractor and either brand it a Massey Ferguson 98 or an Oliver 99. It's the same tractor with different paint and decals.
Chuck Plott in Southington, OH has restored one of these tractors to perfection. He painted it red and put Massey Ferguson decals on one side of the tractor, and painted the other side of the same tractor with green and put Oliver decals on it.
The tractor is in his museum. Here are two pictures of the same tractor. One was taken on one side of the tractor and the other was taken on the other side of the same tractor.
