I've pulled a 2r new idea pull type and gravity wagon with a super c. of course, that's flat ground, and when the wagon is full, that's all the super c wants to pull. if the ground is muddy at all, forget about it. but on level, frozen ground, it's fine. the picker itself doesn't take much power.
i think the 2MH is a mounted picker. not sure if the brackets would work on a smaller tractor than the H.
