The information I wanted was ,if any one on this forum ever undertook such a project, and what were their results. Ferel VS flared. Got a bender ordered and tubing comming this next week. Gonna give it our best shot. Just hoping one of the fellows did what we are going to do.I for one don"t care for quick fixes like in the photo,with tubing hanging out all over the tractor. I do understand some times it is necessary to fast patch a unit so it can get back to the field,however when the season is over, then it"s time to do repairs right. Just my opinion and I"m stuck with it. Like to see attention to detail in workmanship.Hope I havn"t made any one angry with my opinion. Thanks for the info. Reguards LOU

I pulled the head, and soaked the stuck valves with mystery oil overnight, re-installed the head, and bingo, the compression returned.
