Is there fluid in the wheels? If so be danged careful as they are heavy! Be extra careful that the rear of the tractor is blocked up very securely.
If you have the bolts out, you should be able to hit the pillow block with a hammer and break it loose. Generally two people can then rock the wheel back and forth and "walk it off".
Make sure the axle is brushed off and maybe use some penetrating oil.
Be careful pulling with another tractor that you dont pull the whole tractor off the supports.
