The lifetime warranty on the 519 spreader sides is an absolute fact. I worked at a Ford New Holland Dealer from 1986 to 1988 and I remember getting a set for a customer under that warranty when I was parts manager after the Ford-New Holland merger. I remember one of the field reps that came from the New Holland side telling me they were able to use that warranty as a selling feature without much financial detriment to the company because the the warranty was only valid for the original owner, and most farmers didn't want to go to all the work of replacing them anyway. Unless something changed legally when Fiat bought the company from Ford, if you are the original owner of that spreader, that warranty is a binding contract between you and the company, and I would think the company should honor it. Unless you are dealing with same dealer you bought it from and they still have the sales records, you may have to produce your bill of sale.
